Andrew M. was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Honest answers for what I wanted and was looking for. He didn’t sway me one way or another when choosing my audio based on my brand loyalty. Would send my friends and family to him.

I knew I wanted to upgrade my factory radio but did not have a lot of experience or knowledge. I found Drivers Edge and walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for. Front desk managers Andrew and Holden were outstanding and took over an hour explaining to me all of my options. No sales pressure tactics and they answered all of my questions in person and by phone. They were very knowledgeable and built my order so everything would work on my truck after the install. I went with the install the same day and they made sure everything was properly installed. There were some technical glitches to line out with my truck and they made an appointment for me first thing when they had the technical support office open in case it was needed. Their thoroughness and attention to detail brought a lot of confidence and I had all of the glitches ironed out, at no extra charge, and my new Kenwood works perfectly! Owners' Dean and Velda, Andrew and Holden, and ace installer Chris were all top notch throughout the entire process and I can't say enough good things about the overall experience! This is how they ran the back up camera wires for the a radio I paid over a $1,000 for and had to the wires reran because it stopped working after about 4 weeks

Just wanted to take a sec to leave this review.. I am a returning customer to Drivers Edge and am extremely happy with my sound system in my car ! Derrick and Chris did an amazing job as always! They are tedious and thorough in their work and always make sure they do things right the first time ! Guys I appreciate the hard work and effort yall put into my vehicle and the sound quality I have in my car ! Andrew is always a huge help in building the custom sound I prefer ! If I could leave yall more than just 5 stars I absolutely would !! I’ll be back again for my next project and look forward to to it !!
